Parents, Teachers & Friends of the School

 

Draycott & Rodney Stoke First School has an active PTAF. All parents automatically become members when their children enter the school, and anyone who is interested in the school can belong.

 

An elected committee undertakes to organise a variety of events, and these have three main aims:

• to help parents undestand the work and activities of the school
• to promote informal contact between parents, staff and children at events like quiz night and treasure hunts
• to raise money for the benefit of the children

 

Everyone is welcome at the PTAF meetings, which are held at the Strawberry Special inn. Do come along and get involved – we’re a friendly bunch, and meetings are informal and enjoyable.
